About Libertaria

Libertaria is a nation state that believes in equal rights for all. its political ideology is anarcho-constitutional. 
Our goal is to live peacefully, using our constitution as law and allowing people the freedom to create their own way of life without a government demanding anything from them. 

one of the only thing that separates us from the original constitution is that we believe in the individual, not a representative.  And that ALL government will eventually grow and inflict tyranny on the people it is supposed to protect. There will always be those that use authority to further their own interests, removing the authority is the only way to ensure The People maintain their independence. Every citizen of Libertaria is free from the constraints of all the state and federal law in favor of being responsible and accountable for our actions. 
We believe in common sense, in our fellow humans to do more good than harm, evil will always exist regardless of legality.

That does come with some changes however, the main issues being responsibility and accepting those with a different opinion. this is not a lawless society, we believe in human rights as the law of the land. Things like murder for example are prohibited by our Right to Life, because thee other person also have a right to live. 

We understand this is a major change in perception of what it means to be a nation, but we believe it to be far more acceptable to allow people the opportunity to separate from a society where our labor is stolen, our rights are violated, corporations have laws passed in their favor, and our people fight to force their laws on others.

The people of our state are all "politicians" and have a responsibility to their families. We do not have representatives that look out for us in place of our own input. 
Community projects and groups in agreement cannot force a person in opposition by numbers or legislation as they have no authority to do so. 

self appointed hierarchies are inevitable, however they are only as functional as the people within that actually put in the work. no cooperation should result in exploiting human beings. A true free market will let companies fail.

as well as no patents.  they only enrich a few while crushing competitive free markets.
good luck price gouging medicine when people can make it themselves.

The intention of our "not-state" or Micronation is purely to be recognized as independent from other nations, to unify under a banner of individualism, and to do that we need some way to be a distinct group from federal and state legislation. Because the government doesn't discuss anything with its citizens we cant just walk away as sovereign individuals without breaking many laws anyway.

and those that tried to just leave get conned into breaking an already unconstitutional law by a fed and get raided.....

The website is simply a public forum to spread awareness and connect like-minds. and hopefully will grow with the community. assuming S doesn't HTF.

left or right, it doesn't matter. the only political opinions that we wont accept are those that propose government is a solution. we have nothing against those that choose it for themselves, but we refuse to support a system that requires taking its funding by force.

this is only the tip of the iceberg but we will continue to grow the concept.

About the flag;

the tree represents our rights, the branches connect all of us through our differences.

We are the leaves, some left, some right. The X is iconic of rebellion and secession. 

the flag's colors are Black for "No quarter". Green for peace and prosperity, and White for liberty.
